What you will have at the endA browser-mode monitor that compares the visible page text you choose to save.
Before you start
Use Chrome or Edge on desktop. You will sign in directly on the source website. DoitDesk does not need your website password or session cookies.
Add the browser helper once
Open Browser check in your dashboard and download the helper ZIP. Unzip it, open your browser’s Extensions page, enable Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked. Select the folder containing manifest.json, then pin DoitDesk Browser Helper to the toolbar.
Chrome: chrome://extensions Edge: edge://extensions
Open your workspace
Reload the Browser check page after installing the helper. This lets it remember the workspace you are using. The helper popup also lets you choose the DoitDesk or local workspace explicitly.
Sign in on the source website
Open the exact page you want to watch and complete the website’s normal login or verification process yourself. Wait for the content to finish loading. Keep the same URL, including query parameters and application hash routes, for later checks.
Review before saving
Click the helper and choose Preview in DoitDesk. Expand the text-and-links preview, select an existing monitor for that URL or create a new one, then choose Save browser check. This sends the previewed content to your workspace and creates a first browser baseline.
Repeat when you want to check
Open the page and use the helper again for later comparisons. A browser check is manual. Embedded frames, shadow DOM, images, canvas, and protected browser pages are not supported. Compatibility with every website cannot be guaranteed.
