What you will have at the endA Tenders monitor with a baseline and a focused set of search terms.
Before you start
Choose a procurement listing or tender notice page with readable HTML. Download-only PDF documents are not supported as direct monitor sources.
Choose a specific listing
Create a monitor, select Tenders, and use the URL of the relevant procurement category or organization. A narrow source usually gives clearer results than a general government homepage.
Describe your opportunity
Use a descriptive monitor name and add terms that appear in suitable notices. Any matching keyword can qualify a new entry. For a broad initial view, leave keywords empty and refine after reviewing the first snapshot.

Check the right section
If the page includes unrelated navigation or news, use Advanced settings to enter a CSS selector for the tender list. For a portal behind login, use browser mode and enter the same selector in the helper.
Review the notice at its source
Save a baseline, then run later checks to find new matching entries. Use the detection source link to confirm the scope, eligibility, deadline, and submission method on the official notice. DoitDesk compares captured text; it does not validate a tender or submit a bid.
