What you will have at the endA clear way to review an update and check its source without losing your place.
Before you start
Run at least two checks with the same method and settings. A detection appears only when the comparison finds a change that matches the monitor’s rules.
Start in your detection inbox
Open Detections from the workspace sidebar. Look at the source monitor, time, and excerpt to decide which update to review first. You can focus on unread items when the inbox becomes busy.
Open the comparison
Choose a detection to see its previous and current text excerpts. Opening an unread item marks it as read. For Jobs and Tenders, a detection represents a newly observed matching entry; for general page changes, it summarizes changed text.
Visit the original page
Use Visit source page to read the full context on the website. Detection excerpts are bounded summaries of captured text, so the source remains the place to confirm details and take action.
Use history for context
Open the monitor detail page to inspect the latest snapshot and its recent runs. DoitDesk retains up to twenty runs per monitor and shows up to one hundred recent detections in the workspace. An unchanged check is still a successful check.
